What devices is HandL compatible with?
HandL is currently compatible with iPhone 6s, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone X, Samsung Galaxy Note 8, Samsung s8.
My device is not listed. When will I be able to use HandL with my smartphone?
HandL is always developing new products and ideas. To inquire about a specific device, please email info@handLiberation.com. As of present, we’re only producing the models listed above, but that will evolve.
Will HandL still allow my phone to fit in my pocket?
Yes! We designed HandL to be sleek enough to still fit comfortably in your pocket. Even the HandL MAXIMUS is the thickness of an ordinary hand so unless you wear very tight pants, that case will also fit in your pocket.
Does HandL protect my screen if I drop my phone?
Our cases offer full soft bumper screen protection. Only the first generation iPhone 6/6s cases have a sleeker, flat design and offer limited screen protection. Screen protectors add extra protection- especially if dropped on a hard surface with protrusions but please refer to the user guide video on how to use your HandL. Once you learn how to use the product well, you may find that dropping your phone is truly a thing of the past.
How long is the warranty on HandL?
HandL offers 14-day unconditional/90 day conditional warranty. If you wish to return your HandL for any reason during the first 14 day period, please send it back to Hirsch and Light Inc, 203 Lafayette St, NY NY 10012 for a full refund. If you have any issues with the product materials or functionality during the first 90 days, we will replace it. Please contact email@example.com. This warranty is non-transferrable and covers only the original end-user purchaser. If you purchased your HandL elsewhere, please refer to that entity’s return/exchange policies.

How long until I receive my HandL?
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving them. Our default shipping method is via USPS First Class mail, but we also offer USPS Express 1-Day and USPS Priority Mail 2-Day as options at checkout.
Depending on your chosen shipping option, it usually takes 1 – 4 business days to receive your order.
What if I need to change my order?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of your purchase and we will adjust your order accordingly.
Do you offer international shipping?
We do offer international shipping currently at checkout for Canada, Western Europe, and the U.K. If your country is not listed, please email us first to discuss time and pricing. We will try to accommodate you or refer you to a local retailer, if there is one. We ship using USPS International First Class Packaging.
